Soundawn Sound Bath Center - Brooklyn Introduce
In the vibrant and often overwhelming landscape of New York City, finding a true sanctuary for peace and inner calm is a rarity. Soundawn Sound Bath Center in Brooklyn offers just that—a unique and transformative experience that goes beyond traditional yoga or meditation. This studio is not just a place to work out; it's a haven for deep relaxation and emotional release through the powerful practice of sound baths. A sound bath is a full-body meditative experience where you are "bathed" in the soothing vibrations of various instruments, such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. The intention is to guide your brain waves into a more relaxed state, allowing you to release stress, quiet your mind, and achieve a profound sense of well-being.
Soundawn is led by Natalie, an expert and highly compassionate practitioner who has a true calling for this work. For many, it's a way to access a state of peace that is difficult to achieve on their own. The sessions are designed to be an opportunity for self-discovery and rejuvenation, helping you to feel lighter, more energized, and deeply connected. The practice is known to help with a variety of concerns, from stress and anxiety to physical discomfort, as the vibrations work to soothe the nervous system and promote a sense of balance. In a city that never sleeps, Soundawn provides a vital opportunity to slow down, realign, and simply be present.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I gifted a very close friend a sound bath workshop with Natalie and myself. I must say this is the deepest most fullest feeling experience I've ever had when it comes to yoga meditation and just mindfulness in general. My experience was amazing I felt very safe, welcomed and relaxed being here. I really love Natalie's approach she gave a little bit of everything yoga, sound bath, journaling. I totally recommend this if you found her page or just found her shop on a whim it's definitely a sign her disposition and who she is as a person as a seer as a healer...seriously this is her calling. It was totally worth it and I can't wait to check in with her again. Love & Light to All 🌻
February 25 · IWSoundawn Yoga is by far the best sound baths in NY. Nathalie is magical, she is not only kind, but also compassionate, caring and extremely good at what she does. She is also extremely patient with everyone and attentive. I love going to her classes and I will keep going. I have brought several friends who have equally loved her classes.
May 08 · Elina StreetI was given the gift of a sound bath and was so pleased by this generous gift. At first, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I had an interest in sound meditation, but I had never experienced it before with sound bowls. Natalie was so welcoming, kind, and nurturing. She started by getting to know a bit about me and then went on to give a profound relaxing experience. Afterwards she spent some time validating my experience over the past year and shared some of her wisdom. What a gift. I spent days after reflecting on this experience. Thank you, Natalie.
April 04 · Michelle RequermeThis studio is everything I was looking for! All because of Natalie! She created a pure safe haven that you can come to for self-discovery, relaxation, healing and community, built out of true love for helping others. It’s a place you’ll immediately feel safe and with a sense of belonging. I absolutely love her long session that includes journaling, yoga and sound bath. You leave it feeling so much lighter, inspired and rejuvenated! What a gem! A crystalline oasis in the middle of Brooklyn. She built something really special.
March 18 · Mariana BukvicI took the two-hour yoga and sound bath with Natalie last weekend and it was one of the best and nurturing yoga classes I’ve ever taken. She guided us through breath-work meditation, gentle stretching yoga and ended the class with a super calming and healing sound bath. I left the class feeling recharged and content. I will definitely recommend it and come back for more.
