I’ve been going to Somata for two months now and I’m so pleased. The place is clean and welcoming. Brand new equipment, but most importantly, Despina is knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. I’m not new to Pilates and I can tell you she’s awesome! She’s capable of meeting you where you are, be it a beginner or an experienced, she’ll make sure you get the training you need. I love the classes so much, I don’t even notice the time passing when I’m in there.

Despina is so lovely: a trained professional experienced with dance, Pilates instruction, and physical therapy, she is very conscious about modeling proper movement and teaching us correct form to ensure maximum results and best health outcomes. The small class sizes allow her to be extremely present and she is so motivating and kind. Already feeling results ❤️
