A year later, I’m playing tennis pain-free. I’m so grateful and couldn’t recommend JJ and the SSL team more! I’ve worked with other trainers at bigger clubs but nothing compares. JJ’s programming is customized, thoughtful and thorough. He continues to help me rehab, improve strength and mobility and integrate sport specific exercises to elevate my tennis game. So thankful to have found this gym and JJ!!
February 14 · Deanna WuI have been training at SSL for 8 years with Scott M. and love the vibe of the gym - it’s a no-nonsense training facility; people are there to workout not socialize; the trainers are friendly and helpful; SSL has a family vibe because it is small and you see the same people regularly. Personally, my training (both physically and diet) with Scott has completely transformed my body which at my age I didn’t think was possible (I am 64). Strongly recommend checking it out.
