This isn’t your ordinary Pilates studio! Tracy and her staff are all amazing, well educated instructors and wonderful people. They take the time to teach correctly. Tracy is very patient and caring and makes sure you understand the movements and purpose. They will make you laugh but challenge you at the same time. I am definitely seeing results in many aspects and would highly recommended this studio.

Tracys knowledge exceeds that of your average Pilates studio instructor. If you're in the Smithtown area looking for a good Pilates studio this one is highly recommended. How fortunate we are in discovering Tracy, at Simply Pilates in downtown Smithtown. She and her assistants do an excellent job. We have been using this studio for over four months now, receiving semi-private training sessions. My wife and I are retired seniors with different abilities. (My wife’s yoga practices give her better balance and form.) Tracy watches us very carefully and tailors the workouts to demand the best of us. I highly recommend her and her studio.

I have always hated the gym and had presumed that I hated all forms of exercise—but discovering pilates here has completely changed my mind (and body). When I first entered Simply Pilates, I was about as out-of-shape as a person can get, and was met only with support and encouragement—no judgement whatsoever. Instead, Tracy and her studio met me exactly where I was, even with my joint limitations due to my medical history, and helped me to grow stronger every day. I could honestly write a novel about everything Tracy has taught me, and about all the ways she's helped me to change my body and life. Hers is a studio where truly everyone is welcome, where you're pushed to grow and cheered on every step of the way, and where Tracy really dedicates herself to making pilates work for everybody—and every single body, whatever the limitations. And with her background in physical therapy, you're always in safe hands. I honestly can't recommend this studio enough. In under a year, I've gone from a complete couch potato to someone who actually feels alive in her own body. And I have only Tracy to thank for that (though she is so insanely supportive she gives me all the credit myself).
