I have a shoulder injury so they helped me modify so I got a great workout but still didn’t hurt myself. It was definitely my hardest workout in a long time and I’m feeling it today.

The workouts are challenging and fun and they mix them up so I don't get bored. Jade (one of the trainers) is already keeping her eye on my strength and pushing me. It feels good to be attended to well, see my body changing and be gaining more strength and energy.

High volume reps for a variety of exercises made the workout effective and fun. Daniel took the time to assess each individual in the small group and correct form. He was very positive and encouraging. Afterward, my body was tired but I felt mentally stronger. I would recommend trying a class if you're into strength training but want to break away from you regular gym routine.

We had a great experience with Jade, one of the instructors, on our first free workout and decided to go gor more.
