Parking is easy to find and I love that they have a full bathroom set up with amenities for the mornings I’m in a hurry. I would absolutely recommend adding training at Shift to your routine!

I’ve been training with Kait for close to 3 years now, but have also had experience with a few other trainers (and can honestly say they are all great). Everything there is really nice and modern and the gym has a great vibe/nice music playing. There’s peletons, rowers, and all the other machines and equipment you could need to get really fit. 10/10 reccomend.

I have had knee issues for most of my adult life and have worked out with other trainers over the years but the experience at Shift is totally different. Each training session is personally crafted just for my specific alignment and structural issues and my knee and total body feel the strongest and healthiest that I have felt in years.
