★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1A friend introduced me to Shanti Yoga. From the first time I attended a class, I felt welcomed, embraced and at the same time respected for my need of quiet and space. That yin and yang of things is apparent in all aspects of the work that goes on here. Challenging classes and relaxing classes. Chatty friendly people who seek to do things together, and, solitude seeking people who savor the space and the yoga practice. New extended creativity with yoga practices and respect for the traditions. I highly recommend each and both of these Shanti Yoga studios.

They welcome all levels of yogis & the instructors & staff are so friendly and helpful. I am an unlimited member and I love that I can attend any class from Foundations to Soundbaths. I couldn’t recommend this place more!!!
September 19 · Samantha GaviganConvenient times, variety in practice types and practitioners. Great value for me to do unlimited membership. The 4 week intro price gave me enough time to evaluate my commitment and explore all the offerings. Went in hoping for one thing and got so much more. Authentic down to earth vibe. Try it out!
April 14 · Melissa PillotI started taking virtual classes at Shanti during the pandemic in 2021 and recently completed my 350th class. The instructors are all fantastic and are great about making you feel welcome and included. It's truly a community. If you've been thinking about starting a yoga practice or getting back in, come to Shanti!
