I’ve been a member for almost 2 years now & I love it. I actually look forward to getting a good sweat in 4-5 x a week & truly pushing myself. The workouts are hard, but do-able (they always offer modifications as well!). I always feel proud, strong, and confident after. & I’ve seen incredible changes in my body. There are great coaches there as well that always help guide you. Highly recommend taking a class!

A bit pricey though compared to other workout classes in the neighborhood. Wish they had a better class package deal because you only end up saving $1-2 per class
