I have been going to Second Wind CrossFit for about 8 or so years whenever I am in town. Here’s what keeps me coming back:1. The coaches are amazing - knowledgeable, perceptive, attentive and friendly. I have always picked up something new (even after almost 10 yrs of CrossFit and visiting a ton of gyms).2. The community is really friendly, diverse and open. People genuinely seem interested in supporting each other, even drop-ins like me.3. Morgan, the rock star! She is an amazing coach with an eye for all the important aspects of fitness, not just movement & nutrition. Her humor and perfect mix of tips and thought-provoking questions have helped me to develop better goals and more accountability to myself. What I learned from her has stuck with me, now 2 years after our online coaching sessions.I would certainly give Second Wind an “above and beyond” award! - E. R.
