★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Had the best experience at Sculpt Studio! Took the mega/tread class, skeptical of running but ended up being one of my favorite fitness classes. Our instructor Katie explained well and clear what needed to be done and corrected form when needed! Highly recommend, will be back :)
April 25 · Isabel Reutzel Fernández TejralI was COMPLETELY new to this space, and have always been into at-home treadmill & Peloton classes. Spring 2025, I knew I needed a change and more accountability, and Sculpt has provided me that outlet. Upon my first visit, Sarah (owner) showed me quickly what to expect, and I knew I'd just be able to pick up. Cassidy, my first class instructor, knew I was new and made sure to show me quickly while constructing. I love my classes with Catherine, Cassidy, Sarah, Lori, etc. They're quick classes, very fast-paced, but also very personable. This class looks simple, but it is HARD as all get-out. It's definitely on the higher end for me $, but it keeps me committed with the unlimited pass. If you're going 3-4+ times a week, do the unlimited. The instructors are always asking how we feel a the end of class, encouraging us to do what we can, and if something doesn't feel right, they offer modifications. After a full month+ I feel like I'm getting stronger and leaner. I'm grateful for this studio and the expertise of the instructors. If you're wanting a great workout with well-trained instructors who are genuinely nice, check out Sculpt. *I was not asked to write this review. This is an honest reflection*
June 04 · Allison BeckI would like to start off with, I rarely write bad review unless I feel strongly about something. I have been going to this place for a while. I do like Lindsey, who I went to because she was very kind and welcoming but she went on maternity leave so I had to try other instructors. Other instructors including the owner just seemed very exclusive. I stopped going because they were talking poorly about one of my friends to me and mocking her in front of me (including the owner). I did have a birthday workout there and unfortunately, non of my friends liked how rude the instructor was (who was the owner) which made me really sad to hear. I just had enough of the “mean girl environment”. If you want to feel welcomed and not judged, I would try another studio.
May 26 · selena avilaWriting a poor review is not something I would normally do. I’m a fitness instructor and I am ALL about supporting local. Prior to this experience I’m about to share I would go to class here, tag the studio and support local! But I want to warn anyone who is looking for an inclusive space to be weary of Sculpt. I will not be returning.I recently attended Cassidy’s class but Sarah the owner was there. I brought two friends to class, one whom arrived early to class and seemed very uncomfortable when I arrived. After class, my friend told me that the owner Sarah and the instructor of my class pulled up my personal Instagram and began talking poorly about me, complaining about my loud breathing and even negatively commenting on my fiancé being a breath coach. All of this happened as other clients came in before class - before I even arrived.I truly can’t believe an owner of a space that’s supposed to be inclusive would lead this type of behavior and even worse - not ever apologize to me or take accountability. After I confronted the instructor right after class and told her that this is unacceptable (given Sarah wasn’t there), I reached out to Sarah and gave her the opportunity to have a conversation before writing this review. She did not respond and is aware of how hurt I was by the incident. In fact, the owner has double downed on this poor behavior and commented on Class Pass (as my friends who are very upset have written reviews) citing that I’m disruptive because I leave early and modify moves and that’s why she’s in the right. I’ve always been grateful to Lindsey at Sculpt who I’ve communicated with about why I can only stay for the first 20 minutes of the treadmill class and she’s allowed me to do that on Mondays (I pay full credits for class). And yes, when I’m sore I do modify moves on the mega former given sometimes I can’t always do what’s being taught because I teach classes too and need to conserve energy etc. That said, this type of mean girl fitness behavior is not inclusive nor does it represent what fitness should be about. I write this review as a warning that this type of behavior occurs here. And I’m speaking out because I don’t want other people to experience what I experienced and I hope the owner can reflect on how to take accountability and build a more inclusive community. And perhaps maybe just consider apologizing.
May 16 · Natalie MicaleI recently tried a class at Sculpt, and I had a great experience! I was a bit nervous going in since it had been a while since my last class workout, and I'd never tried the megaformer machines. That nervousness quickly faded once we got started. The instructor was fantastic, offering helpful modifications to match my pace without losing the intensity of the workout. The 50 minutes flew by with a fun atmosphere and smooth transitions from start to finish. It was challenging but very rewarding. Looking forward to doing it again.
