It’s all about what you put into it. I’m looking to get fit enough to start gaining, while changing my eating habits to be healthier and improve my overall health this year. I’d say if you’re wanting to get back into working out, or starting a health journey, these guys are great partners to have for that. You take it at your pace, do what you feel your body can handle and the more you put into it, the more you get out of it. That’s a fantastic business model to have in this day and age. With the help of the team at Savoy, I have found a new purpose in life from their continous motivation and support.The community at Savoy is unlike any other, everyone wants one another to succeed and roots for each other to give their all and do their best. There is no judgment, only support in what we do.
April 30 · Kat McCoyI’ve been going to Savoy Fitness 3x per week for 7 months. I’ve seen my muscles grow in ways they’ve never grown when I worked out on my own and I finally have the functional strength that I’ve been wanting for years. I am definitely stronger when lifting, pushing and pulling heavy objects in my daily life and at my job. The coaches are encouraging and friendly and the gym is clean, well stocked with equipment, and spacious. We have monthly social events at restaurants, bars, sporting events, etc., which I love attending. 10/10 recommend this gym if you’re looking for a highly motivating group exercise workout! Everyone is welcome, and it does not matter what body type/fitness level/experience you have because you can adjust as needed.
