★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I’m so impressed by this work facility. The athletic director is amazing, Craig. The maintenance guy is such a help and so nice. Truly, the place is a blessing and very nice to work out out. It has all the amenities that you could want.
July 15 · Scott StruchenThis is a pretty big facility with multiple sports and workout options. To name a few:Workout machinesClimbing wallBasketballVolleyballTable tennisTennisAnd of course pickleball since that’s the biggest craze these days 😊Overall, it’s a nice facility and definitely worth having a membership if you are a resident or at least visiting at hug if you are not.Although I did find the facility to be a bit old and dated in parts. The only new and shiny places I saw were the tennis and Pickleball courts.
February 08 · Asif RehmaniI love coming to the Healthplex each week. There’s a ton of activities to pick from, everyone is very friendly and the facility is clean. I particularly really enjoy the Aqua Barre classes, weight lifting, utilizing the sauna and cold plunge after a workout as well as working with Diana (personal trainer). It’s really nice to have such a great gym so close to my house.
April 04 · Cami FisherI wrote an email with my complaint and never received an answer. So, it’s absolutely right to summarize below all the limitations of this center for clients who are considering a membership.1. Locker Rooms – The facilities are dirty, and the towels provided are often torn and stained.2. Toiletries – The hand soap, shampoo, and body wash are of extremely low quality, comparable to discount store products, and contain harsh chemicals unsuitable for personal care.3. Showers – The showers are old and disgracefully unclean. The curtains are stained black and yellow with dirt. Hair is stuck to the walls and shower floors—while this is partly due to members’ lack of hygiene, it also reflects a complete failure of your cleaning staff, who should be disinfecting the showers at least every hour, rather than simply collecting used towels from the bins. The shower knobs and heads are rusted, partially broken, and visibly deteriorated. The accessible shower includes a plastic chair that looks cheap and unhygienic, making it a disgraceful and inadequate accommodation.4. Sauna – Members enter in full fitness attire, including gym shoes. No staff member has ever enforced basic hygiene standards, nor has any regulation been posted stating that, as in any civilized facility, sauna access should be limited to individuals wearing a clean towel, bikini, and slippers. The result is an overwhelming, unpleasant odor of sweat.5. Steam Room – The tiles are filthy and encrusted with dirt, making it impossible to sit comfortably.6. Jacuzzi – Members enter the jacuzzi wearing shoes, bringing in all the dirt from the common areas. The filth inside the jacuzzi is extreme, and the surrounding tiles are equally unsanitary—today, I even found a piece of chewing gum, and just a few days ago, I saw white towels stained black with grime. Additionally, my husband informed me that in the men’s jacuzzi, a man entered completely naked. This is completely inappropriate and unacceptable, yet there was no staff present to address the situation.7. Cold Plunge Pool – The water is black, and there is no visible filtration or circulation system to maintain cleanliness.8. Pools – Members also enter these areas with gym shoes, and despite the presence of lifeguards, no one enforces proper hygiene protocols.9. Lockers – The lockers in the changing rooms are full of dust and hair, clearly not being cleaned at the required frequency of at least every two hours.10. Toilets – The toilets are completely filthy, with visible feces around the bowls and on surrounding surfaces. There is no proper ventilation—no fan, no functioning exhaust system—and the lights are out, making the area dark and unsafe. The tiles are full of germs and grime buildup, and there appears to be no regular power washing or thorough cleaning to maintain even basic hygiene standards. This facility is outdated, poorly maintained, and absolutely unjustifiable for the membership fees you charge. It is equally unacceptable that there appears to be no plan for renovation or improvement to ensure that members can safely and comfortably enjoy the services they have paid for.
March 25 · Lucia MirarchiI have been through alot in my battle with schizophrenia but, even while factoring they had to keep me in the ICU rather than a proper ward the doctors' choices were deplorable and inhumane. I was strapped to a bed literally for 6 days. Not to be released because of my possible danger to myself or others. Never given a chance of redemption and even mocked by the doctors while in such a state. Only redeeming quality was the food, but of course I was dehumanized by having to be fed by someone else, so I hunger protested most of the time. Please if struggling with any mental issues avoid at all costs.
