Row House Fitness South Lake Union Reviews
I started at Row House SLU August 2024 on a whim to try something new and have been coming at least once a week ever since! This has been such a wonderful experience for me in my journey to move my body and stay active. I love the self motivation coach Nikki gives, technical training from coach Keegan, and coach Helen has the best music! All the coaches are unique in their own way, and all make you feel included and motivated to do whatever your goal was walking into class. The front desk staff is always welcoming as well. I also love the specialty events that this studio does.
April 05 · DanaNothing but great things to say💖 Coaches and front desk anre all the sweetest and most welcoming I’ve met in Seattle! Had a great class, may have preferred a bit more movement, but it’s a low intensity workout so that’s on me. Also I would suggest to the business to add a hook or two to the bathroom wall somewhere, so that changing is easier for members/guests. Regardless, really great sweat and really great experience
April 08 · Rachael ZhangI have been a member at Row House for two years and I can’t imagine not going. There is no other work out like a Row House work out! Plus it’s a woman owned business and Niki always makes me feel right at home. She also is an amazing coach and knows her fitness!!! The music and the guidance from the coach makes for a fun full body work out! Go check it out!!
February 16 · Mack HarryStarted in January as a new year's resolution to exercise regularly, and it's been a great 6 months rowing with the staffs at the Row House SLU! Just reached 250k milestone today. There are many coaches with their own styles, all very kind and helpful. All the staffs are very welcoming, and makes the place feel a lot more like a community rather than a business. Would highly recommend!
June 24 · Bird-loving AsianI have been to this gym since 2022 (and am lucky enough to have gotten a soft founders unlimited membership when ownership switched to former head coach Niki) and I’ve been so consistently impressed with Row House SLU! Niki Michelle and Stacy are my favorite coaches to attend classes with. Their classes are so high energy, have killer music that prevents you from being bored, and the coaches really take the time out to give you personalized consistent advice on rowing/exercise form if you ask. Row House SLU has one of the best approaches to membership and membership freezes I’ve ever seen in a gym - if you’ve been burned by Orangetheory or Crossfit other greedy gyms, you’ll know that finding a gym that accepts that emergencies/life happens and doesn’t punish you for it, is a Godsend. As for the studio, even on a hot day or a full class the erg room is kept as well ventilated and cool as possible (in contrast to the West Seattle Row House which is always hot). I always looked forward to classes here and leave a class feeling energized and ready to tackle the day.
