I liked the quality instruction I got and thought the WODs were programmed well: real tough, but easily scaled. The facility is surprisingly big, with all the equipment you'd expect, plus they keep it clean, which is nice. Finally, the owners were willing to work with me (I wanted to train, but was only in town for a little while) which I think is a good sign for others looking to join. If I lived in the area, I'd definitely train here full time!
