I started going in December and it’s been incredible for me emotionally as well as physically. The workout routine has made me stronger and I am less tired while I handle my kids. Madeline has been my first instructor (love the way she motivates) so I try to not miss her class but all the other instructors are amazing too. I am actually not a fan of gyms but these Pilates classes are one of the highlights of my busy day.
March 29 · Khushi ShethI started Reform about two weeks ago and I can already feel a difference in my body! While the classes are challenging, they are worth it and work your whole body. In addition, the staff is extremely kind and the studio is very clean.

The place itself is immaculate and an overall terrific environment. I’ve never felt so happy and accomplished leaving a gym as I do here !

The instructors have all been phenomenal; they are very attentive and make corrections if form is off. They always give modifications and are so helpful. Hours are great, and it’s just such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I go four times a week and feel so amazing!
