★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Sofia’s Hot Power Yoga class was great! Intensity builds gradually and challenges you.I would give the studio 5/5 rating if:1) yoga mats were complimentary on the first visit — this is such a nice gesture but this studio makes you pay $3 + tax for one2) the smell from the laundry detergent of their towels and floor cleaning product is so strong — made it harder to breathe (I’m sensitive to these chemicals), especially in a hot roomOverall it’s a nice, clean facility and the staff is kind and informative. It’s a traditional hot yoga room, with hot air coming from the vents. You receive a cold towel at the end of class during shavasana.
August 20 · Carolina FranccescaA really nice studio with a lovely crew! There's a variety of classes - vinyasa flow, HIIT, and sculpt classes. The studio is very clean and tidy. They also have showers (towels provided) if you need to use them. Everyone here is super friendly and will answer any questions you have!
August 18 · annahooshReal Hot Yoga is a dope new hot yoga spot in Brooklyn. I attended a special event there and have went to a few drop in classes- the instructors are great, the space is welcoming and they have practices for beginners to more experienced yogis!flexible options to practice here from drop ins to memberships. Erica, Liz, Amber and staff are class.I’d certainly join long term if my equinox membership wasn’t eating up my wellness budget but will come back and visit for more drop ins😄
January 22 · Noah HutchinsThe class I went to worked every muscle and somehow made space in every one too. I loved it. The owner was also so kind and so welcoming, made onboarding super easy, and her story (she went from finance to opening this studio) gave me chills. You can feel how much heart she put into this huge move. Highly recommend.
