Services Offered
Raleigh Pilates offers a comprehensive menu of services tailored to meet varying experience levels and personal wellness goals, with a strong emphasis on personalized instruction and small class sizes to maximize results and safety.
The primary services include:
- Private Pilates Sessions: One-on-one catered workouts utilizing the full Pilates apparatus (Reformer, Tower, etc.) and other props. These sessions are highly specific to an individual's unique goals, concerns (such as injury or pregnancy), and needs, offering the most personalized introduction or advanced training.
- Group Reformer Classes: Small group classes held on the specialized Pilates reformer or tower equipment. These are designed for a total-body workout that builds strength, mobility, and core control, typically lasting 55 minutes.
- Beginner Classes: A 55-minute introductory class focusing on fundamental form, alignment, and integration of the Pilates method basics. This is ideal for newcomers and is designed to be easily modified for all fitness levels and minor physical limitations.
- Beginner/Intermediate Classes: A transitional 55-minute class that introduces clients to more exercises with a moderate pace, challenging core control, coordination, balance, and stability.
- Intermediate Classes: A 55-minute class for experienced practitioners, focusing on flow, technique, precision, and more demanding exercises to provide a challenging workout for those with a solid understanding of the intermediate repertoire.
- Online Classes: Offering virtual access to the Pilates method, allowing North Carolina clients the flexibility to maintain their practice from home or while traveling.
- Onsite Services: The full suite of in-person studio services, including all group classes and private sessions on the apparatus.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Alia is an amazing Pilates instructor who’s warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I had a prior “Pilates” experience elsewhere that left a sour taste in my mouth. I’m so glad I decided to give this place a chance. My body felt so strong and energized after this workout. I didn’t feel judged in the slightest. Turns out I was looking for a more contemporary take on Pilates. This is definitely the place for me. I will be trying out more classes soon!
June 21 · Krysta PlesniarskiAbsolutely fantastic studio. The instructors are incredibly welcoming and are highly attentive to group needs and modifications. Every time I leave I feel like I've had a great workout and fixed any aches and pains simultaneously! The studio itself is very calming. A great place to work on yourself and let the world melt away.
July 07 · Kimberly DembyFirst time today and it was great! I will say I am a little sore but that is expected! the instructor was great! The class was a nice and steady pace with every move being slow and deliberate. I loved it! The studio is also very aesthetically pleasing which is def a vibe!
March 29 · Angela OrellanaThis was the first time I have ever used a reformer and it was great! Was I great at it? No, but Alia was awesome helping to correct my holds and movements when needed. I purposefully chose a small studio rather than going for a big box studio for my first experience hoping that the expertise and experience would be at a higher level and I'm pretty sure that's what I got - thanks, Alia and Raleigh Pilates!
April 30 · Terry ArellanoI opted into the deal Raleigh Pilates was doing in January for 10 days of unlimited classes for free and was very impressed! The studio is beautiful, the location in Five Points is extremely convenient, and parking was always surprisingly easy. All the instructors I had were fantastic, although Mikayla (unsure of spelling, apologies!) definitely stood out with her teaching style! The class levels included in the deal are beginner and beginner/intermediate which were fantastic classes for those just starting out! I was looking for something a bit more challenging and would’ve loved to try an intermediate class, but maybe in the future I’ll return to try one! All in all great experience and Isaac’s professionalism on the phone was great!
