Quiet and clean, it enhances the personalized service that Carolyn delivers. PWR NYC has more equipment than large national gyms that I have worked out in. The equipment is state of the art.I also just enjoyed a small group fitness class with Morgan. The studio allowed movement between different stations, a full body work out with Morgan guiding everybody seamlessly through. Usually not a class person, as I feel l lose the workout if I am not in correct form, Morgan kept an eye on all participants and nobody felt lost.
