The coaches make the workouts accessible and modify to meet each member's needs. The coaches worked specifically with me when I was injured to ensure I could participate in a safe and effective way. I had done CrossFit over 10 years ago and I was stuck in a routine of home workouts where I wasn’t challenging myself. I was hooked immediately. The people , the environment and the coaching are top notch. There are people of all ages here, and everyone feels welcomed and supported. The workouts are varied and as intense as you make them. I noticed the results after only a few weeks. The best part is that you just show up. There’s no worrying about “what am I going to do today at the gym?” You get a combination of cardio and weight training in every session. If you are looking to join a great community of people and get fit, I can’t recommend Prototype enough. Honestly it is life changing-you won’t regret it.
