What is worth choosing
For Washington families considering PRO Club Kids Camps, what is worth choosing is the unparalleled variety of activities and the potential access to a state-of-the-art, resort-level facility. The sheer number of camp themes—from cooking and creative arts to high-level sports and science—means parents have a broad selection of activities designed to match a child's unique interests and skill levels. The convenience of a year-round camp schedule, which addresses various school closures, is a valuable resource for busy parents on the Eastside.
However, local users reviewing this program must also take the published customer feedback into serious consideration, as it highlights significant operational concerns that may impact the safety and quality of the experience. Specifically, reviews indicate that the quality of instruction, supervision, and physical environment can be highly variable and, in some reported instances, profoundly disappointing.
Parents should be aware of reports citing a "lack of structure or teaching," instances of excessive "screen time" for young children in camps advertised for sports and STEAM, and serious concerns regarding staff conduct and sanitation in specialized camp areas. One review details a disturbing finding of unsanitary conditions, poor ventilation, and staff yelling at children. Another mentions a concerning "level of supervision" that could allow a child to be easily taken from the camp area.
Given this feedback, while the PRO Club facility and its advertised programs appear expansive and attractive, parents are strongly advised to perform thorough due diligence. This should include detailed inquiries about the exact location, instructor-to-child ratios, specific daily schedule, and emergency procedures for the specific camp they choose. While the general facility is highly rated, the management and execution of the youth camps, particularly those for the youngest age groups, appear to be highly inconsistent, making careful personal investigation essential before registration.

PRO Club - Kids Camps Reviews
summer camp
★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Summer of 2024.I signed up my son and daughter for the Cooking Summer Camp at Pro Sport, and I am completely disgusted by the experience. On Tuesday, I arrived for an early pickup and was shocked to find that the camp was being held in a small, poorly ventilated apartment. The space reeked of burnt food and, even worse, urine. The conditions were absolutely unsanitary and not safe for kids.To make matters worse, I witnessed one of the staff members yelling at the children. After talking to my kids, they told me this wasn’t a one-time thing – this staff member regularly yelled at them in frustration.I immediately spoke with the manager, Jawad Salimi, who apologized but refused to issue a full refund. Despite the horrific conditions and staff behavior, he only provided a partial refund, stating that my children had already attended Monday and part of Tuesday.I am utterly disgusted with the way this camp operates and how the situation was handled. I will never send my children here again, and I urge other parents to stay away. This place is unsafe, unprofessional, and a complete failure in terms of care and management.
February 11 · ZoLoPro club kids camps for 4-5 year old kids state it as a steam and sports camp while they show the kids movies 3 out of 5 days in a week, making 4 year old kids sit through an entire movie in a room so the instructors can catch a break. The bouncy castles are great and so are the science experiments but that’s a smaller part. No one’s really watching the kid and anyone could take them from the pavilion with the level of supervision that exists in camp. We were disappointed with the screen time, lack of structure or teaching. They say it’s a sports camp but really it’s a place people have access to basketballs- and no instruction was given whatsoever to learn any game. Clearly a terrible idea for a camp , save yourself the hassle. We love pro club as a place for adults but the kids camp is very disappointing
