my husband and i went for a vinyasa flow with rosie, and it was amazing. the vibe & room were cozy, the free mat/prop rentals (extremely sustainable), and the flow was a perfect mix of relaxing, challenging, and reflective with her choice of asanas and explanations. it was perfect for beginners and intermediates with a balanced flow.to note -- the donation-based practices ($5 minimum, more than fair!!) are an amazing concept & is really inviting to everyone.will be going routinely! perfectly energizing & clarifying!! - chelsea natalie
