I did not have much experience with weight or resistance training but wanted to increase my strength and muscle mass. I enjoy this class and it has really helped me meet my goals. I feel stronger than I have in decades. Audrey is a very effective teacher. She effortlessly accommodates different levels in the class and gets to know her students and is able to effectively help people find movements that work for them.

I realized that I was a challenging client because there were several poses that I was unable to do. Fortunately, Audrey was very understanding and compassionate and said just the right words to keep me going. I was very impressed by her positivity and by the alternatives that she presented, including breathing exercises (pranayama) that have been extremely helpful, both for body and soul. Audrey is a remarkable instructor with ample experience and vast knowledge and I highly recommend her.
