I see kids like 8-10 all the way to people in their 80s+. I met one lady in her 70s doing strict pullups!! Everyone talks to everyone. You hear encouragement. They share information. Crossfit has really evolved from what we think of as hard-core box jumping macho guys. At least this gym has. Yes, there are certainly some very fit people doing very high-level movements. But they are encouraging, helpful and not intimidating. The focus is on lifelong functional fitness, injury healing and prevention. Mike, the owner, is an all-around good human being who really cares about helping people gain and improve their health.

I have never been to a CrossFit gym that has so many class time options, which has been a real game changer for me. Owner Mike cares about his clients and encourages his class leaders and trainers to promote high intensity workouts with good form that are scheduled and designed on monthly schedules that focus on everyday function for life that are designed for athletes, crossfit competitors and everyday Americans looking to get healthier. Great pricing, good people and fun intense workouts.

In conjunction with the tough workout, we stretch and conduct a warm-up exercise.The coaching staff all have great attitudes. No big egos here. The members are friendly and social. I would highly recommend to anyone beginner or advanced.
