★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1PMT is an incredible community centered around learning Muay Thai at a pace that works for YOU. Stephen is an extremely friendly and talented teacher. I've trained at several gyms in many disciplines and many of them weren't a fit if you aren't planning on "going pro". Not a realistic practice for 99% of the population. You can go hard and go pro here but if you want to just learn that's cool too. A great place for people of ALL skill levels, no matter what your goals are.
March 26 · Levi WaiteStephen and team are amazing instructors. They are patient and considerate with their training styles. There is currently a great cohort training at Wrights. If you are considering checking Muy Thai out for the first time, or if you are more experienced, this is an excellent place to train and learn!
May 29 · Joseph SowersI joined Pittsburgh Muay Thai as a total beginner and had no idea what to expect. This community is so welcoming and coaches Stephen, Steven, Jason and Tod are challenging but incredibly supportive. Every class focuses on technique and form, works for any ability level, is a great workout and a lot of fun. I can feel myself improving with every session. Great facility, great people, great training.
February 21 · Maggie DudleyUnmatched expert instruction with a very positive learning environment. Classes are great for both beginners and those looking to compete at a high level. Love Pittsburgh Muay Thai!
February 22 · Katie LutzI’ve been to all gyms in area and this is by far the most authentic training methodology that feels like how I previously learned under 2 Muay Thai champs when I lived in NJ and NY. I’m at the age where this is fitness for me and IMO, regardless of your goals, if you’re gonna learn the art of Muay Thai then you should start here.
