An orthopedic surgeon friend, who is also a golfer, recommended Pilates. Jennifer’s background is in Classic Pilates and I see why my friend thought it would be beneficial. Her Pilates expertise is immediately apparent and she is a fantastic motivator. We’ve been doing a lot of core and rotational movements on and off the reformer that definitely seem to be helping.

She helped Me start to build my abdominal muscles back and feel confident that my body is capable doing that. I definitely recommend booking a session with Jen to see if you are Either new with Pilates or want to continue your journey. I went to her as my first time Pilates class as well as postpartum, and she has opened my eyes to Pilates And a different type of strong!
