I’ve attended both in-person as well as virtual sessions and they are challenging, fun, and offer variety to keep you engaged. Stacey is mindful of all of her students’ levels and always provides modifications to accommodate all. She also keeps the atmosphere light and judgement-free, while keeping you on task and on your toes! I particularly appreciate that as I’ve just recently returned to the mat and was apprehensive of joining a class. I also like the small class size and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend Stacey and Mind Over Mat Pilates!
