The owner was incredibly kind and made me feel right at home. Kristen even played a playlist with soothing flutes, that perfectly complemented the relaxing atmosphere. The studio is conveniently located just down the street from the King Street metro station.
September 20 · CindyVery professional and courteous staff! I’m new to yoga and I purchased a Groupon to try this place. I mentioned it to a friend and she just happened to be a regular at Pies. She suggested that we go to Mellow Yoga, which is great for beginners.First off, if you purchase a Groupon you have to register on the PIES website first. Contact the studio for more details, about 48 hours prior to your first visit.I visited the valley forge location. It was clean and inviting with a cozy decor. The instructor, Kimberly, was fantastic and very friendly. I told her I was a beginner and she allowed for this by incorporating plenty of props and modifications. Mellow yoga was an amazingly relaxing and meditative experience— very soft music, dim lights, very soothing. I’ve already scheduled another class for next week!This was a 10/10 experience!

If you're looking for a yoga studio that promotes healthy connectivity that cares about your yoga poses as well as your heart, I highly recommend PIES!

The owner is very nice and we ended up getting lifetime subscriptions so we can always keep coming back.Important note: PIES is actually two studios that are across from each other. Make sure to double check which one your class is at on the schedule before you go there.

You can take it online, and Sophia is a very personable instructor that checks in with everyone and has a wealth of knowledge about yoga ,making them a great person for questions, targeting problem areas, and learning more about yoga as a whole.
