While Lynsey's focus is on the Pilates Program, she has worked with my medical team to develop a progressive program specific to my needs. She is a great teacher and motivator and I have experienced noticeable gains each week. Her flexibility with scheduling as well as her ability to come to my home have been huge pluses as well. I have worked with other exercise and Pilates instructors in the past and Lynsey has surpassed them all in helping me to achieve my goals.
