They offer a variety of options for those who have preexisting injuries or are not physically able to do the WOD, and the coaches provide good 1-on-1 instruction to ensure proper form.Entire coaching staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodates all levels of athletes that are in the gym.The equipment they provide is in good shape, and the workouts are structured so that you’re gonna FEEL IT.
