She makes sure everyone is working out safely, gives great demos/instructions, and is great at nudging you to the next level. Mark has been a great coach and cheerleader on the nutrition front. I am 51 years old, and was a little nervous about joining a strength training gym. But all that has melted away. I am stronger already and definitely feel like I have a place there.
