The small group classes are the perfect size—big enough for good energy, but small enough that you get to know everyone.The owners/trainers really take the time to get to know you personally—your goals, your strengths, your “please no more squats” face—and somehow push you to do more without making you hate them. Even when my motivation dips, it’s the community that keeps me coming back. There’s just something about sweating it out with people who cheer you on and groan through the last round with you.If you want a gym that’s equal parts challenge and community, Peak City is the one. You’ll leave every class feeling stronger, more motivated, and maybe a little sore in places you didn’t know existed.
May 01 · Elizabeth BlandAfter 6+ months of working out at Peak City Gym, I have nothing but positive comments on the small group fitness classes and the trainers/coaches there. The semi-private classes are a fantastic way to get just the right amount of coaching from the trainers and yet have the flexibility to individualize your workout as needed. Signing up for classes through the app is easy, and online communication and email reminders are great. The atmosphere is one of hard work, but we laugh and have fun throughout the process. There's a family feel to the classes, and the camaraderie amongst members is fantastic. The coaches and other members motivate you and keep you going, helping with accountability in a wonderfully respectful and positive way. It's not a competition - it's a genuinely supportive environment. I love that! Also importantly, I always feel safe with the coaches watching out for form and technique. I'm happy to have found this community!

The environment is welcoming and the workouts are challenging, yet always adaptable depending on your individual needs. I love the focus on functional training to help you stay living a healthy day-to-day life. Shane and Brendan know what they are doing, no fad training routines here.
