July 26 · Chelsea QuarantaDropping in to this CrossFit box in Syosset was great. The 5AM class was welcoming and very lively. The class was a wonderful mix of strength and metabolic conditioning. Coach Chelsea explained the workout and points of performance for the movements and kept us on schedule. I highly recommend CrossFit Peak 180 for drop-ins as well as anyone nearby looking for a home gym.

A typical workout is no longer an option when you adopt a lifestyle change compounded with integrating a new family of dedicated and heartfelt coaches and members.
