Services Offered
Orlando Power Yoga is a dedicated yoga studio providing a diverse selection of classes to cater to different fitness and therapeutic needs. All classes are led by experienced teachers who are skilled in guiding students safely through intense and restorative practices.
- Hot Power Vinyasa Flow: A dynamic, heated class that links breath with movement (vinyasa), building strength, balance, and flexibility. The temperature ranges from approximately 85-98 degrees, creating an intense, detoxifying workout that is still approachable for all levels through modifications.
- Traditional Bikram Yoga (Hot 26&2): The challenging 90-minute class consisting of 26 postures and two breathing exercises practiced in a high-heat environment, ideal for deepening practice and maximizing physical benefits like improved circulation and flexibility.
- Yin Yoga: A slower, more meditative practice where seated or lying poses are held for extended periods. This style targets the deeper connective tissues (fascia), promoting profound release of physical and emotional tension. Yin classes are often offered in a warm, but not hot, room.
- Hot Pilates: A low-impact, yet highly effective system focusing on core strengthening, posture improvement, and increasing balance, all performed in a heated environment to enhance the workout and detoxification process.
- Private Lessons: One-on-one instruction available for both seasoned yogis looking to refine specific postures or alignment, and absolute beginners needing a focused, gentle introduction to the basics before joining group classes.

- Experienced and Inspiring Instructors: Teachers are noted for their high level of expertise, ability to create "artwork of a flow," and the inspiring, encouraging tone they maintain, ensuring a challenging yet safe practice for every student.
- Hot Environment Training: The consistent use of a heated room (ranging from warm for Yin to hot for Power and Bikram) is a major draw, promoting deep flexibility, increased circulation, and a detoxifying sweat.
- Full Amenities for Convenience: Despite the simple, unpretentious atmosphere, the studio provides essential amenities, including clean restrooms and dedicated showers—a practical necessity for members after an intense hot yoga session.
- Seamless Payments: Accepting all major payment types—Credit cards, Debit cards, and NFC mobile payments—makes class sign-up and membership renewal quick and hassle-free.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I’ve done yoga here over a decade, probably longer. I love every teacher. But today Anne taught, she is so sweet and bubbly you always assume her calm, tranquil entry into practice is a preview for an easy hour flow, absolutely not. Halfway in every muscle you didn’t know you had will be begging for mercy and Anne will encourage “one more side and then the other and then the other for funsies,” her class will humble and inspire. Today was no exception. An absolute artwork of a flow accompanied by a perfectly curated playlist to encourage and calm you. Thank you for my Sunday inspiration 🙏🏻.A sweaty, humble, inspired, grateful, student.
June 01 · Meg WalI liked this studio a lot. unpretentious and simple. Class was awesome. Mary was my teacher and she was on point and theexperience was top notch. My only suggestion is to pay a little more attention to the new student. I was new to the studio and if I was a resident of Orlando, perhaps I could have become a life long member. Another teacher said “go to the qr code and sign up.”My background is customer service focused so this made me feel a tad dismissed as she then started a conversation with someone else. NOT a bad experience, I just feel that a business needs to make the first impression the best that it could be.Overall, the studio is not a corporate type environment which I liked. The class temp was great (hot). They have a simple entrance and two showers. The parking seems adequate. I will be back if I return to the area.
August 23 · WenFirst time taking a class at Orlando Power Yoga. It a wonderful experience with Reider leading a half power vinyasa, half yin class (75 minute class). Studio was spacious, clean, easy to register, and quality instruction. A must for any visiting yogis new or experienced.
July 05 · Joshua RybaskiToday I went in early to go to the 9:00 a.m. Hot yoga Bikram class. I usually go there and everything is perfectly fine. This time I had an instructor who wouldn't let me leave when I wanted to leave because everything was too hot I wasn't trying to make a disruption of the class but she refused to let me pick up my map and walk out. She entrap me. I was seconds away from calling the police to file a report against her for not allowing me to leave. I decided to just pick up my mat and walk out. That is when they finally open to the door to let me out
June 01 · Jazlyn LaneFavorite yoga spot and love the new location. All instructors are great. But I really appreciate Joe and Carols Bikram classes, they keep the temperature nice and hot and do a great job at keeping me focused in the class. They constantly guide the class and give great pointers. All classes are great for anyone, beginners, people who have injuries, or those who like to practice more intensely.
