November 04 · Christine AmaraI wish they had better quality treadmills like the brand Woodway. I really like the workout and would be a regular if they did! Their current treadmills are too hard and hurt my joints :(
August 13 · J KI arrived 11 minutes late for the 6:45 class and was informed that I could not join. I explained to the front desk staff that I was unaware of the 5-minute late policy, and she kindly showed me the policy when I asked for clarification. At my home studio and other OTF locations, I have never been turned away for being slightly late. She then asked the coach if I could still join the class, but the coach said no. While I understand the importance of policies, life happens—traffic jams, unforeseen delays—and it shouldn’t be a big deal, especially since I pay $160 a month for my membership. I had really enjoyed this location, but unfortunately, this situation has left me feeling disappointed. I believe there should be some grace, especially for a first-time occurrence.
March 11 · TIt shouldn't have taken me this long to write but I've been a member for several years and a member of another studio in the past. I've been to several different studios both within MA and in other states and this one is by far my favorite. The staff and trainers are incredible, the community is wonderfully supportive, and the studio itself is beautiful and always very clean. It is a special place.

Their head trainer, Christen, is an incredible motivator and really makes the workouts enjoyable. The template is for all levels of fitness. The members are a mix of everyone and people are always encouraging. I will never go anywhere else. Highly recommend!!
