Super facility and so convenient. I can workout at my pace and still feel the difference. It has been very motivating and I get to workout with my friends as well. Love it here!! Come for a trial class and you will never wanna leave!!
February 08 · Neha JainOTF is the gym to join. The work out constantly changes. Not just the tread/rower/weights rotation - but the exercises themselves. And the trainers are key to the workout. They guide you through each challenge and exercise. And actually show you how to properly perform the exercises. Classes are small too. And I have to specifically mention one coach - Amy! She is the best - she's always cheering and motivating. Love, love, love her classes!
