Our approach is different. We believe that an effective workout should always be changing to keep you engaged and challenge your body in new ways. Our signature workout is divided into three stations: the treadmill, the rowing machines, and the floor/weight/TRX exercises. This variety ensures that your body is always adapting and getting a balanced mix of cardio and strength training. As one member shared, "The workouts are always different, and the instructors are very good at leading the classes through the three stations." We use heart rate monitoring and a display system to help you track your effort and ensure you’re working in the optimal heart rate zones to achieve your fitness goals. This data-driven approach is highly motivating, as another member noted, "I find the heart rate monitoring and the display of previous workouts in the app to be very motivating." Our instructors are expertly trained to correct your form and provide guidance without pushing you harder than you want, offering a truly personalized experience.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Not so welcoming at all. I am new to the area and this is my 2nd or 3rd orangetheory I have visited. I'm just trying to find the right one to contuine to go to. This one here the two women at the front desk didn't speak until I said something to them. I walked in and they didn't even say hi or anything. But ive learned to deal with ppl like that. I had to tell them I'm new to this location and I had to instruct her to take my card to leave on file (doing her Job) She then said welcome and told me to pick a spot. Then once others started to walk in they all were greeted with a hi. But that's ok because this is giving me more of a reason to let this membership go because the orangetheorys this way are not worth my coins. The orangetheorys in the South, which is where I was before coming this way were amazing no matter which on I walked into. Overall, the coach that did the class was great and I loved her music. Hope, to see her again at another location if she travels between any other Orangetheorys.
November 23 · C D (Ma)This is one of many options for people looking to be more fit, and while it works for me it may not be for everyone. I have always been an athlete, and I love exercise. On the upside, I get a good workout twice a week for a reasonably priced package, and can add more workouts. You don't have to sign a lengthy contract because they bill month by month. The workouts are always different, and the instructors are very good at leading the classes through the three stations: treadmill, rowing machines, and floor/weight/TRX exercises. I find the heart rate monitoring and the display of previous workouts in the app to be very motivating. I also like that I can push myself as hard as I want, or work at a lower rate if I want a recovery / fat burning session. The instructors are very helpful in correcting my form, but don't try to get me to push harder than I want. So this may not be the right place for you if you need someone to motivate you through every workout. The facility is always clean and well organized, the staff helpful and friendly, and the other members are a great crowd of people to exercise with.On the downside, they play really loud uptempo music that can make it hard to hear the instructors. The heart rate monitors are expensive unless you happen to sign up during a promotion. The app works fine on my Android phone, but the app won't show my friend's workouts on her iPhone, and technical support hasn't been helpful. Finally, some of the workouts seem unnecessarily complicated and it can be difficult to establish a tempo because of constant switching between exercises and the three stations.Overall, I love the workouts, and find it a good value. I am stronger and more fit and have certainly upped my aerobic capacity. Orangetheory would work great with a yoga practice because the strength and aerobic capacity complement the balance, focus, and flexibility of yoga.
May 10 · John B.I joined Orangetheory in January and have been obsessed! I struggle with feeling motivated at the gym when left to my own imagination of what I should be doing for work outs and need a little extra support, so these classes have been everything. All the coaches/staff are amazing and the playlists are *chefs kiss* I want to highlight Coach Kate because she pushes me on the weight floor and knows/sees our potential to always do more (and our best)!
May 01 · Prisilla RamirezI joined Orange Theory about six months ago, and have absolutely loved my experience. Shaun is a great studio manager, and he and all the front desk staff are great at making everyone feel welcome and greeting them by name. All the coaches are great and really encouraging; Kate is especially wonderful, and has been very helpful at augmenting exercises due to orthopedic issues. Highly recommend!
January 15 · Hannah SmithOrangetheory in general is awesome because you can show up every day and know you're going to get a fantastic workout. At Oakley, the staff and coaches here are what make it so special. It is a very supportive environment and community. Thank you club oak crew!
