April 07 · Chady NasrThe workout template on 6/19/23 at the Lorton location coached by Candace at noon was INCREDIBLE! Constant movement, great mix of rower, floor, and tread time bouncing back and forth every 3.25 minutes. The studio is always clean, the staff are awesome, the bathrooms are spotless, and the workouts are... dependent on what you put into it, but the coaching for fine tuning form is what makes me really enjoy these classes. Not all (I want more!) classes involve this much movement, but this was the best class (super sweaty before midpoint) in my 3 years of membership.

July 11 · Neil VoraTHANK YOU FOR YOUR HOSPITALITY AND KINDNESS. no need to mention that trainers and staff here are super professional and good at teaching. My home gym is at different location due to closer proximity and I booked a class at Lorton station to fit my work/school schedule. I made a mess during class (it’s embarrassing to mention it but I kicked my 1.5L fully filled water bottle as I got out of rowing machine and it spilled all over my floor), staff and trainer were kind enough that they wanted me to focus on my work out and staff cleaned it making sure the environment is safe for everyone so nobody slips off the floor and get injured. I believe many people are beginners (like me) when they come to OT that they feel like “what exercises will I be doing today? Do I know them? What if I’m the only one who gets behind?” For everyone who feels like that I would like to recommend to check out program at OT. You won’t be embarrassed, coach will guide you and be willing to help you to achieve your goal (pull you from wherever you are).I made a record 😅 if there is anything like embarrassment gauge in my life, but I felt like trainer and staffs are very professional and willing to coach you. Again, thank you! ☺️

Ursula has managed the high ops tempo flawlessly, keeping the classes and coaches schedules running smoothly. The coaches are fitness professionals and consistently run high energy and challenging workouts. Candace deserves special mention for always keeping a positive and highly motivating attitude for the many years she has been there. Also, kudos to Everett for his fitness level and energy that keeps classes pumped up and motivated to push themselves.
