Over the course of that month, I attended classes almost daily, and I was moved by the staff who made me feel welcome.As for the coaches, I have never left a class disappointed. The front end staff is awesome, the coaches are incredibly motivating and the workouts are challenging in the best way possible. I never thought I’d be someone who looks forward to working out, but here I am! Thank you all for being so awesome and pushing me to do things I never thought I could.

It is a little pricy but definitely worth it for the value you get. You can take unlimited classes and I take 4 a week.I have been to both the night and the morning classes and let me tell you, this studio has some of the friendliest staff and coaches. All of the associates work very hard to make every class a great experience.If you are looking to find a routine, try something new, find community while working out or you are struggling with fitness results and want to take out the guessing game, I recommend Orangetheory!It is only 1 hour classes a day, and each day you get a different workout template with coaches that will help motivate you and tell you exactly what to do to reach results. Not only do I feel like I am getting a great workout every time I'm here, but I always have fun and it keeps me coming back. The first class is free and there is no commitment if it isn't for you, so I'd definitely recommend giving them a call!

In the past I’ve joined other gyms (la fitness, planet fitness) and would lose motivation and find any excuse to not go. With Orangetheory, from day one the coaches and front staff have been nothing but supportive, continuously motivating and help push you to meet your personal goals.If you’re thinking about joining a gym but unsure where to go, give Orangetheory a try. The classes are for everybody, it all depends on how much you want to push yourself.
