The space is a bit tighter than Durham or Wilmington but they manage the attendance well. Everyone is super nice! The bathrooms have amenities, which is great if you forget a hair tie. Glad I joined and will continue to come!

It is so fast paced and high energy, if you need motivation and want to try and get a strong workout in each day, I highly recommend.I will say, my excitement with orange theory did reach a plateau and with a couple changes my studio made and more to come this year.The coaches are great, my favorite is Meredith Taylor! ( who is a walking human siren ). She knows about each and everyone of them and takes personal care and knows how to push them to their extent.The best people which I can’t complain about, so professional and the flexibility is pretty awesome here.

We even talked about snack ideas after 💡 (go Trader Joe’s! 🥳) Overall smooth sailing 👍
