Front desk staff were super friendly and the studio itself is excellent with a nice layout. Coach Raquel was a total pro, encouraging and friendly. With chargers right there, I might have to stop in more often when I'm in the area. Another great OTF experience!

The facility is clean, front desk is nice, and this location has good groups of people to workout with. Cancelled my membership for now since it became a little repetitive with rowing and treadmill. You'll have fun and lose weight but it was time for me to move on. Highly recommend giving it a try to see if it's for you.

The classes can be intense, especially for someone like me who hasn't worked out in a long time and has some catching up to do. But the classes are set up for people at all stages and nobody makes you feel bad about being at a different level, which I really like. They've got different types of classes to if you like weights more than cardio. I'd recommend trying them out.
