As a person who hasn’t exercised much (read: at all) before trying a class seven months ago, I was very nervous. All of that dissipated when I walked in the door. The coaches (really, all of the staff) are so kind and welcoming. They have been so helpful in giving feedback and helping me adjust exercises to meet me where I’m at (and, even giving a gentle push to go up in weights—which, I didn’t think I could do, but pleasantly surprised myself!).The other members are also incredibly supportive and welcoming. I never feel out of place at OTF. I am slowly but surely increasing my number of workouts per week, and I’m feeling stronger. OTF has shown me just how great exercise can feel, and is also helping me build confidence in myself. I’m loving being a part of this community!
