After 3.5 years, I’m running so much faster and lifting heavier weights than I ever thought I could.The coaches at the Renton location are truly some of the best. I travel a lot for work and visit other OTF studios, and while those are great, the Renton coaches take encouragement and pushing you to the next level to a whole new standard.The playlists are fantastic—my only complaint?
