Absolutely love the dynamic templates - each day is something different and you’re not bored. It’s challenging but you can go at your pace and can choose the best weight for you. It’s for everybody! They make it Very fun with “benchmark” challenges and themed workouts adding a layer of fun competition and goal oriented experiences. 10/10 would recommend
May 26 · Serene MusallamLove OT and I've been going for 3 years! The coaches are awesome and they help you with form/posture, give you modifications and push you. You're always guaranteed a great workout. It's spacious and clean and they just got new treadmills! I love the OT band and that it tracks my workouts and I can go back and look at my progress throughout the years. The only con is the price but it is a quality workout. I definitely do plan on joining back again hopefully sooner than later. They also made the cancelation part easy and were accommodating. Thank you Cameron! I know that can be a stressful part with gyms. Coach Phil, Brooke, Kate and Cameron are all amazing! They definitely make it fun!

Mixture of Treadmill (which are all new in the last month), Rowing (sometimes just warm up and other days several hundred meters) and Floor focus is on stability, strength and Core (weights, TRX straps, body weight). Whatever your goals are the coaches and front desk staff are there to support you and help you achieve those goals. Cameron, Phill, Kate and Brooke, Jovanna and Morgan are such a great team 🧡 so glad to back at OTF 🧡
June 12 · Tracy WestonI went for my first complimentary visit. Very intense workout for a 70 year old. I did feel great immediately after although out of breath. They went over membership plans. I did sign up. Next day I was in a lot of pain. I thought it would pass but it did not. I did not go back and cancelled my membership but of course they charged me an additional month which I knew would happen. My advise is make sure you are going to stick with the program and you are in the physical shape to continue it.
May 15 · Linda DwyerCan't get enough of OTF. Love the atmosphere and the people who work here. The community is fantastic. I feel very welcome every time I come in, and I get an awesome workout in! As a person who used to hate physical activity, I can finally say my opinion of that has changed since Orange Theory. My stamina and strength have improved exponentially.Don't be intimidated to try it. You'll never know if you like it unless you give it a chance! It's been 3 years since I joined and have never looked back. So glad I was introduced to this place!
