The trainers are very friendly, they focuses on you , help you with specific options that aligns with your body. I look forward to each class everyday and can see transformation and energy within me. I wanted to lose weight without losing muscle mass.I like that OTF is science-based and offers a variety of compound exercises on the floor. I purchased a special heart rate monitor from them (I highly recommend it; we can't use an Apple Watch) that integrates with all the equipment, allowing me to track workout intensity. They also have a machine I used to track my body fat and muscle mass percentage for an additional fee. They make the workouts more interesting and creative during various seasons, keeping them engaging and mixing things up.All the coaches are knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. Christina and Casey are in this picture. Also, a shout out to Connor, Melissa, and Emma, whose classes I’ve had the chance to attend. Shout out to the sweet staff members Dylan, Kyle, Hannah, and Cameron.In the past year, I have lost 30 lbs of fat without losing muscle mass. I’ve also seen improvements in cardiovascular health. I’m pleased with my progress.I like that they offer compound exercises that target muscle groups I can't usually hit while working out at a traditional gym. However, unlike a conventional gym, it’s not suitable for serious bodybuilding.All things considered, I highly recommend it to anyone looking to reduce body fat and maintain muscle mass. Cheers!

I loved working out with Jam, he is super sweet and motivated throughout.There is enough parking near the studio.Overall my experience here was awesome.

The front desk staff and coaches are friendly and motivating (Coach Brett has the best dance-inspo tracks, Coach Jessie is thoughtful about helping find ways to keep working it despite having injuries) - and I've made great friends along the way.
