The coaches are really AWESOME. Thanks coaches KEVIN, Nikki in Hamilton Mill( these are coaches I take classes). OTF offers different workouts each day and that's one thing I like. Also you can workout at any OTF across the country. It's fun and the music is great during the workouts as well. Everyone motivates you including coaches. You meet new people and EVERYONE IS FAMILY AT OTF. I burn for ENDURANCE! Thanks to all the coaches.
April 06 · SheilaI was a member of this OTF from 2021-2022 and WOW!! First time I ever saw my abs. After leaving OTF, they’ve gone soft, which is ultimately okay with me. Just know you’ll get super slim and fit, so if that’s what you want, go for it! For strength, you’ll want a regular gym where you can lift heavier.Fantastic instructors and exceedingly challenging classes. I still remember the crew: Kevin, Stephanie, Teddy. All fantastic and encouraging. Good front desk staff too!The energy makes you want to push yourself and do more than maybe your body can. So be careful! I remember distinctly that my knees would hurt, and I once saw a man pass out and a girl fall face-first on her treadmill. Be sure to take it at your own pace and listen to your body.
