But what really keeps me coming back and puts them eons ahead of any gym or trainer I’ve ever had (and I’ve had lots!) is that they have never once shamed a food choice, a lapse in frequency of attending, questionable late night choices, late cancels, etc etc. Yes I’ve heard this happen and have experienced it first hand time and time before. Never at OTF. They truly embody support and encouragement, which honestly helps you retrain your own negative self talk, which only increases your results! I dare you to find a better crew!

My instructor is great. High energy. Unfortunately she pronounces my name incorrectly and it's been like 6 months so I can't correct her now. I don't actually mind (still 5 stars) and plenty of people have said it incorrectly over the decades but nobody as incorrectly as her. That alone makes her special! All love. And some sweat.

February 28 · Andrea HanOTF canton is by far the best studio I’ve been to. I recently traveled to another studio and the staff was nice but not personable. Kate, Brittney, Mike, Amanda, and Hilary are the best coaches/staff. They’re so personable and friendly.Also the themed weeks or challenges really make this place better. It feels like a community and a place that I look forward to every week.If you’ve been thinking about joining, I highly recommend. The workouts are phenomenal and the staff makes it exciting to come back.
