Allie and the reception was wonderful as well as the coach Jess she was just amazing. And the varied workouts ensure you're always training different parts of your body and also training different cardiovascular aspects from endurance runs to sprints.And the coaches... each one has their own unique way of inspiring the entire class to push themselves harder and give just a little bit more each workout. There isn't a coach I don't love.Honestly, I'm so happy I've found Orangetheory. It is the perfect outlet for me at this stage in my life and is helping me to regain control over my body. Thank you!
