There’s no “competition” so the workouts are designed to do what is best for you. All sizes and shapes are welcome. Everyone is supportive and if you want to be left alone you’re left alone. If you want to engage that’s there too. The trainers will get to know you and work with you in a safe but challenging way.I’ve done the whole sign up for big box gym like Crunch and LA fitness and find the vibe just oft-putting. While I pay a premium at OTF I know I never have to fight for a treadmill or spot and people are there to work.The app is cool in that you get to track your results. You wear a HEart rate monitor (this is how you get your “splats”) and you can track your progress and see your average heart rate, treadmill distance, row distance, and also benchmarks like the 2000m row, or 500m row.First workouts are free and take it form a non athlete if you are looking to get into shape this is the place for you.P. S. The music can be a bit loud. The new studio has a mega sound system. I bought some cheap ear plugs and problem solved.
