The gym is exceptionally clean and welcoming, and the coaches have great energy. Muaix is always great, too.I gave it 4 stars because of their late cancel/ no-show policy, which there is a charge for. Because the classes fill up fast, if you dont prebook, you may not be able to go. But if you do, 8 hours notice is required to cancel without a charge. While I understand the concept, sometimes it is tough. For example, if you are booked for a 5am class, go to bed ok, and wake up not feeling well - you pay a fee for that missed class. When paying for the unlimited classes pass for the month, this seems excessive, in my opinion.For now, it isn't enough of an issue to keep me from continuing to go, I do really like it there and highly recommend it!

January 17 · Sarah PBY FAR the best Orange Theory on Long Island. The entire staff is so friendly and creates an encouraging and positive atmosphere from the moment you walk through the door. I’ve been to other orange theories on LI where the members are cliquey and the SMs are rude. Not at OTFSmithtown. I can’t say enough good things about my experience since I’ve moved here. They are on top of COVID guidelines and restrictions. I feel safe working out here because of the cleanliness and everyone is respectful of social distancing. I’ve become not only physically stronger but mentally as well because of how encouraging the coaches are. Highly recommend taking a class with Coach Lauren. She is THE best. But truthfully each coach is amazing & add different elements to maximize your workout and fulfill your potential. I can’t say enough good things about this studio. Thank you OTFSmithtown!!
