When I first went to Gabe and started doing Functional Patterns, I couldn't walk more than 10 minutes without major pain. Little by little, over the first couple of months, he helped me open up my facia and muscles. Gabe not only has helped me work through a lot of that pain, but also has helped me start fixing the deeper problems in my posture and everyday movements that are at the root of it. He’s incredibly detail-oriented and responsive to what I need on any given day - and while our sessions can be challenging, he always makes them fun.
